This week, we hosted the 2nd Nextflow in Genomics workshop here at the Medical University of Innsbruck. Organized by Lukas, Silvia, Johanna, and Sebastian, we had the pleasure of welcoming research groups from Munich, Bozen, and Innsbruck. This year’s topic was Imputation Server, a long-standing project developed at our institute together with EURAC in Bozen and the University of Michigan, serving as a cornerstone of modern human genetics.
We appreciate the insightful discussions, the achieved work and we look forward to welcome everyone back in 2026.
