Meta-analysis of GWAS on apolipoprotein A-IV

Genome-wide association analyses of apolipoprotein A-IV (apoA-IV) were conducted across eight cohorts (CoLaus, Young Finns Study, KORA F3, KORA F4, DiaGene, Rotterdam Study, AugUR, and GCKD), in which apoA-IV concentrations were measured using ELISA. These results were meta-analyzed and subsequently combined with publicly available UK Biobank proteomics GWAS summary statistics (Europeans only) generated using Olink technology (PMID: 37794186; https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn52361547). The summary statistics provided here correspond to the final combined meta-analysis (total N = 59,176 participants). All analyses were adjusted for age, sex, and four principal components. ELISA-based apoA-IV concentrations were inverse normal–transformed to facilitate harmonization across cohorts.

Short description of the columns included in the file:

These summary statistics include only variants for which data from the ELISA-based studies are available and results were filtered using a MAF > 0.001.
