Two new publications, two important online tools for genomic research

Lukas, Hansi and Sebastian published together with their colleagues from the Institute of Genetic Epidemiology and the University of Michigan two new papers in Nucleic Acids Research: Imputationserver PGS provides a way to calculate polygenic risk scores via the well-known Michigan Imputation Server, bringing the simplicity and efficiency of modern imputation to the PGS field. mtDNA-Server 2 integrates new methodology to analyze homoplasmic/heteroplasmic variants as well as INDELs from NGS data and also provides new pre- and postprocessing modules for its users.
